I have a user who is seeing only a blank screen upon login

Also, when I try to log in as the user I am seeing the projects he is a part of. He's cleared his cache/cookies and is coming up with the same result. Any ideas on why this would happen and how to resolve?

I would have the user login to a different computer to test. Maybe restart their own machine. Are you two trying from two separate computers?

Yes, two separate computer. I will ask him to restart his machine and let you know if that works. Any other ideas?
