@Secure Meters Limited , yes I understand.

For now you can proceed with below steps since there seemed to be no resolution now as you are refuse to use a paid plugin

  1. View and watch JSDSERVER-5767 so they will consider on implementing this feature in their future released according to Atlassian Implementation of New Features Policy
  2. Additionally you can raise your concern in  Atlassian Support surely they will guide you further :-)

@Secure Meters Limited

from columns drop-down, select the SLA name you created

1.png

If you hover over the SLA it will display a tool-tip that contains a SLA goal for the ticket.

Other than that, if you switch to detailed view, you can view the SLA goal you set to the ticket.

there is no other way to find out the SLA goal you defined.

hope this info helps you :-)

sorry @Secure Meters Limited, I was unable to find luck on this. i guess it is not possible with JIRA service desk default.

I found a feature request regarding the exact same feature you are looking for. I suggest you to watch and vote for the feature JSDSERVER-5767

Additionally I found below plugins from market place where you could do more with SLAs. you better check this out.
