I'm not getting email notifications when new tickets are submitted.

I have made sure all of the notification settings in the scheme are correct, however, I'm not receiving email notifications when new tickets are created.  Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Are you notified for your own changes? If so, then it may be related to your profile settings.

But if you are not notified for issue creation(when created by others), make sure that you have browse project permissions along with the notification schemes.

BTW, do you have an avatar in your profile? If so, can you try to remove the avatar and try again?

I'm not getting any notifications via email, only via app.

I have browse permissions.

I don't have an Avatar.
