I've included my log file output: (It appears that it is trying to still install version 2.22.9, but 2.22.12 is listed on the manage add-ons within JIRA. I've tried updating the 3 ways that are a available. I cannot find the directories that are being referred to in my install home. /plugins/installed-plugins/ does not exist.)
