I would like a workload report that shows 30-45 previous days.

I would like a report in Jira Project Management that shows a users workload for the previous 30-45 days. Currently the report shows the last 10 days. I want more data than that.

im not a 100 % sure what you mean by report but if you mean filter results then this should do it: 

assignee = "the user you want to track" AND created >= -45d
