In Automation for JIRA, why are some groups not showing under Criteria (when setting a user condition)?

I'm trying to set a user condition where the rule runs when an issue is created by a Reporter who is a user in the PMO group. However that group does not show up.

I checked under User Management in JIRA and we have a group called PMO. I can use it to share things like dashboards.

Hi Phyllis,

Great to hear!  If you enjoy using Automation for JIRA, it would really help us a lot, if you could spare 1 minute to leave a quick review for us on markteplace (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.codebarrel.addons.automation/cloud/reviews).

Also if you have any other questions or comments please let us know!

Cheers,
  Andreas

Hi Phyllis,

Apologies, but looks like you hit a bug where our group (and user) pickers were caching too aggressively.  I've raised https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-14 for this and just deployed a fix to production now.

Can you try again please (ensure you reload the 'Automation' admin page in your browser first to make sure you get the latest version)?

Really sorry you hit this bug!

Cheers,
  Andreas
