Insight - Asset Management for JIRA

I want to know that I have the pricing model right. If i am using the JIRA service desk for 3 users, self hosted for a one time 10 dollar payment, how much will the Insight - Asset Management for JIRA cost? 10 dollars as a one time payment?

so my total cost is 20 dollars one time?

and can I monitor over 60 devices on the network? or is the 10 users refering to only being able to monitor 10 devices?
