Integrate jira cloud with server atlassian application

I read information that it looks weird for me as I’m new with jira .
I read that jira cloud can be integrated with other Atlassisn application weather server or cloud . It is true ?
I need help please .

Hi @Karim Belhadj ,

You can link server to  server  and server to cloud by using application links option available in applications in admin console.
