I have a Wix Website and I have a member area where these members subscribe to my services. I only want members to be able to submit a ticket through Jira Service Management.
I need a way to allow them to enter a ticket without having to create a separate login account in Jira.
If this is part of the paid service, that is fine. Just going through due diligence trying to pick the product that will best fit our needs

You can set up your customer permission to give your customers the ability to create issues without logging in, go to Project settings -> Customer permissions and set them as below :
Then click on change the Global settings and allow anonymous creation like so :
This will allow your customers to create issues without logging in, but they will still need to create an account and login to search and view issues.
