We've integrated the assit into our Slack to create tickets using the ticket emoji. But for one particular reporter, we regularly get this error: Share this error ID with support: 625c3c75d9534d2f84ae14edb54831ae

Does this reporter have a customer role in your JSM? When using the Slack integration, users occasionally receive an error because they need the customer role on your site.
