Hello Everyone,
Anyone have Idea, how to call servicenow rest API using JIRA webhook?
or how we can post JIRA issue to Servicenow using webhook?
Regards,
Nithish
Hi @Nithish Gunda ,
I'm not sure if it is even possible that way.
However, you can just use a synchronization app for this.
Synchronization has the added benefits of:
• Bidirectional sync
• Flexibility on the synchronization logic
• Ensuring no changes are lost
We are the developers of the Exalate Sync App
Our app was originally built to sync Jira to Jira. But, due to demand, this last year we have expanded our integrations to include Github, HP QC/ALM and Zendesk.
We are actively currently in the process of building a ServiceNow connector. Which we will have available at the summit. If you'll attend you could drop by the iDalko booth to get a demo!
If not, do you want me to add you to the early access of this release? Let me know by sending an email to stefaan@idalko.com.
Cheers,
Stefaan
Hello there. Diana from ZigiWave. Our no-code integration platform ZigOps will help you achieve the Jira ServiceNow integration in just a few clicks. It allows the transfer of default fields, custom fields between the systems, and can sync them in real-time. ZigiOps reads the schema dynamically and can transfer any fields.
If you want to see how it works in action: book a technical demo.

Hi!
If you don't want to work on this manually, you can use the app that will solve the issue for you.
We have created and getint.io Jira Service Now integration: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1223935/getint-for-servicenow-integration?hosting=server&tab=overview .
The app will let you integrate Jira and ServiceNow, with:
The app can be deployed as SaaS or on-premise and offers very nice reporting.
You can try it out for free.
In case of any questions, reach me out at jacek@getint.io.
Best!

Hi @Nithish Gunda @Yogesh Mude
You can try Opshub Integration Manager – Free Edition that can be downloaded from OpsHub Community Portal. The free edition supports bi-directional integration for Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps Server (TFS), Micro Focus ALM (HP ALM), and Azure DevOps Services (VSTS). All key features of OIM paid edition have been included in the free version. The users of OIM free edition will also get complimentary lifetime customer support through the OpsHub community.
A detailed list of OIM free edition features is available here.

We are also looking for it...
Have you checked it? or is there any way that we can integrate it.
