Invite users with existent account from other JIRA account

Hello Team,

We have some users that already has JIRA Accounts on their company, when they need to work along us, we send them an invite, the question is, if a user already has a JIRA account, when we invite them we need to pay for they accounts in our JIRA Instance?

@Erik Villegas I would suggest submitting a support issue to Atlassian billing to confirm, https://support.atlassian.com/contact/,  but my understanding is it is by instance not by account.  What I mean by that is if a user has an Atlassian account they will need a license for each cloud instance that they are associated with.

I think you can contact Jira about it. But I think you still have to pay.
