Hi,
We have the attachment field compulsory on our Service Desk portal because we require a documentation from the customer for the issue type.
However, there are cases where we have a few customer defined by "Organizations" we do not want the field to be compulsory.
Is there a way to achieve this?
Note: All our customers are defined in an organization.

If you have Scriptrunner for Jira app, then you can use Behaviour to achieve this; Behaviours with Service Desk.
