Is it possible to notify zendesk users whenever version is marked as Released in Jira?

Currently we have integrated jira with zendesk, integration works well. But we realised, there is no way to notify zendesk users about new versions made in jira. 
Problem: Zendesk users need to be notified whenever new version in jira is marked as Released.

You could potentially use a JIRA Wehook to make a REST call to Zendesk. Refer to https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-apis/webhooks#Webhooks-configureConfiguringawebhook
