Is it possible to order the box with all the request types alphabetically?

Unfortunately there isn't a way. There is an open issue however for you to vote an watch https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-8725

Did you tried re-ordering in issue type scheme ?

and one more thing, the last used item will be shown in top.

I don't think it's possible through issue type scheme, those are Request Types. But I didn't know that last used items are shown at top.

Hi all,

@KAGITHALA BABU ANVESH you are partially correct about the last used item, in the sense that you don't have to actually create an issue. E.g. if the last time you've created an issue with the request type "New feature request", it will appear selected the next time you press the create button. However, if on create you choose another request type "New Telephone" (actually click on it) and the cancel the create, the next time you open the create dialog, "New Telephone" will be selected.
