Hi All,

We are looking to reduce our storage within JIRA and are looking to get guidance on finding all the data that is taking up the space.

Is there somewhere to look for this information?

Thanks

Hello Jason,

Welcome to community :)

The overall storage can be found via the help of this document : https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/

But to get more granularity on which project, attachments etc are taking more space we an FR that Mahesh shared.

The Fr is in progress so please watch the FR to get more updates on its progress

Thank You,

Prachi

Hi @Jason Lees

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Unfortunately, there is no option to analyse the storage space of Jira. Atlassian team is working on the solution https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-75922, you can vote on this ticket.

Regards,

Mahesh Shinde
