Is there a way to store Issues in a custom field? Maybe for a special type only?

Are there ways to define a field, that containsa link t o another Issue?

This filed should be configurable, like, mandatory, issuetype, cardinality

Any suggestions?

Have you tried to create a cutom field of type "url"? then just enter the link to your issue in there.

This is not a direct answer to your question but please also consider if linking your issues might not be achieved by tagging them using a label custom field. In all custom field based solutions you can restrict linking issues of a certain type by defining an issue type specific field configuration context

The only thing that I know that you could use would be the Issue Link. But it's only a link, it can't be 'configurable'.
