Is there any trigger that can let me send an email every 48hours for an issue with an specific state

Hi community,

I was wondering if there is any time based trigger (or a combination with conditions), that can help me to check every 48 hours since an issue reached an specific state (and also if it stays the same for 48 h x2, x3 and so on) so I can notify it by email.

The solution that comes up to my mind is to add a hidden field that is set with the time when it transitioned, and with an scheduled trigger that triggers everyday plus module function in JQL check it but it doesn't seem to me that's a smooth solution.

Yep that would be my suggestion short of an addon app

It seems not possible with JQL but im figuring out a solution with smart values. Anyways, do you know any addon that does that?
