I have looked all over the internet for the solutions, but didn't found it.
- changed global permissions, did not work
- enabled custom permissions and added specific user, didn't do the trick.
Why can my colleagues not edit (only view) a checklist made by another user? Only the checklist the have made themselves.

My name is Gracjan, I'm Customer Success Expert from HeroCoders, the team behind the Issue Checklist for Jira app that you are using. Currently, only the administrator of the project has access to edit all of the templates. For the details, please refer to our documentation here.
We have a feature request already added to our backlog, that will add additional permissions for the template function. We do not have an estimated time for delivery, but we're past the gathering interest stage and it has been selected for development. I'll post here an update whenever I get additional information on this.
