Jira Service Desk was sending out updates properly, and nofitications, but then stopped. I can receive incoming requests sent to the help desk's email account. But nothing gets sent out any longer. I tried with test tickets, as well as the "send a test email" and neither works.
Is there a place (like where you set the email settings for incoming requests) for outgoing email as well. When setting things up, I don't remember having to do that in any place other than the EMail Requests option under Project settings?
