Issues not showing on Service Desk Portal

Hi guys. I've moved some issues from another project (business type, jira software) to a service desk project. Then, I've bulk edited these issues to assign them the Organization X. I've also bulk edited the reporter field, setting my customer (of the Organization X) as reporter.

The problem is: If I log in as customer (it's a test, so I've credentials) I do not see all these issues in the Service Desk portal. From the portal I set "all type of requests | shared with my organization | all type of requests". Nothing showing.

What am I missing? Thank you!

To show these issues in the customer portal you have to edit, also, the Service Des Request Type.
