It doesn´t send the email with Satisfaction survey after resolution set

Collect customer satisfaction feedback is ON

Resolution is set.

 

And still jira service desk does not send the email with the satisfaction to the client when the incident is resolved and/or closed.

I don´t know what else can I do.
