JIRA Service desk responding with long JSON string on login

I bought JIRA service desk server version but facing issue when the customer tries to login. After customer logs in on this URL :

http://IP:8089/secure/Dashboard.jspa

He gets the following JSON String in response.

He tried both on Google Chrome and Internet explorer. He can not use any other browser.

These are the plugins we have in jira.

Please help.

Try the URL without the full path to dashboard 

e.g. http://IP:8089

I’ve had users experience issues be using shortcuts straight to pages

No I think its not that.
