Hello, Community!
We have a few JIRA ServiceDesk projects on our JIRA instance. About a month ago our ServiceDesk agents started to experience a problem - every project queue page is working very slow, it takes a few minutes to open a particular issue or to add a comment.
I mean this page
It happens on the queue page only, when we open issue on a new tab, it works properly. All other pages, like agile boards, filters, issue search, works pretty fast too.
Firstly we assumed it happened because of the huge queues and issues number, so we have created a new project with one queue and 2-3 test issues, and faced the problem again. Then we tried to disable queue issue count (as described here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4897) and it didn't help.
Our dev ops have already checked our server resources, like RAM and CPU, and assured me that we have enough of it.
So, has anyone faced the same problem and found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We're running JIRA Server 7.6.1.
We've fixed the problem by clearing the plugins cache as described here https://answers.seibert-media.com/t/how-to-delete-clear-the-plugins-cache-in-jira-server/54
