Hello Atlassian, 

Good Morning. Since last 24 hours, we were unable to access our JIRA cloud site. It is saying "

Your Atlassian Cloud products are suspended

Your subscription for Atlassian Cloud hasn't been renewed.
If you're a site admin, go to admin.atlassian.com
View site bill to update your payment details.

"

We have active credit card details already added to this account. Anyway after seeing this we did updated another credit card. But still nothing happened. Also, I raised ticket to Support 24 hours before. But no response till now. Since this is affecting our complete development team, we need your immediate attention on the same. Please let me know, who should i contact to get immediate support.

 

Other Requests:

  • We are not getting any notice that our "payment got failed and Atlassian is going to disable JIRA". If we get some prior notice, we can able to act immediately without having this downtime. 
  • We are not sure why the added credit card was not working. Need to understand what was the issue in the existing payment. So that, we will avoid this in future.
  • In this case of suspended products, if you have pay now option, then we can do payment immediately and get the product renewed without waiting for Atlassian support team to respond back. This is taking long time. Otherwise, consider these kind of requests as high priority and ask your support team to respond in 6 hours window as max.

Hi @Yoga ,

I can understand your feeling and current situation. But, I think as you have contacted support and raised this issue they are the best PoC to sort this out. 

This is a community so we can't directly fix your current issue.

Hope your issue gets sorted out ASAP.

I thought of speeding up the process somehow. While searching different mode of contact, I landed up here. Looking forward to get that resolved before Monday atleast(start of week, more to do on JIRA)
