JIRa Core, Software and Service Desk Upgrade

Hi Team,

We are using Core, Software and Service Desk in our Instance, now we planned for upgrade.

I have following queries kindly clarify me.

 1) If I upgrade Jira Software to 8.3 will Core Jira upgrade Automatically? or

 2) I need to upgrade core and Software separately ?

 3) If so , kindly tell me the order to upgrade.

Hi ,

Basically ,Jira software and Jira core are two different application having two different set of licences.

we need to upgrade them separately and as we know the list of users using jira software and jira core are separate.

Thanks for your reply.

Currently we are having license of 500 Hundreds User on Core and Software.

Can you tell me which one I have to start first core or software ?

And can I use installer for both Core and Software ?
