JSD Custom Field

Greetings,

We are currently setting up JSD and I would like to bring some awareness to the Agents on the reporter. What we are looking to do is have a Field that shows the last 5 issues the reporter put in.  I assume I am looking for a issue field that I can have a JQL search in it? Is this correct and if so is this out of the box?

Hi Ricky,

OOB JIRA does not have a custom field type that we can have a JQL in it. However, you can take a look at plugins such as Scriptrunner that can help you with that.

Turbo Kit for Jira and Power Scripts are alternatives to ScriptRunner that may be more economical depending on what other features you find useful.
