JSM Custom URL

Hi All,

Currently we are planning to change our JSM URL from "servicedesk.atlassian.net" to "jsm.servicedesk.net". Can you please provide the active documents in order to make the changes.

If you want to  change subdomain name, you can refer

If you want to add your custom domain, there is a request with Atlassian which currently in EAP

This is not possible to change JSM Cloud url. I don't think that there is a docs about redirection. What you can do is to setup proxy server that will be redirecting from your url to Atlassian Cloud JSM url.
