Do we have any issues right now?
As we accessed SLA option in JIRA Project Settings, we are getting "an error occurred" message. Our tickets are impacted and SLA resolutions are missing:
Seems after 2 hours, SLA part in Project Settings is now accessible, however - 2 of our tickets still do not have SLA Resolution. It went missing after closing the ticket.

If this problem is still relevant, you should contact the Atlassian support team in such cases. You can use third-party apps from the Atlassian Marketplace as a temporary solution, so waiting for a response does not stop SLA control.
