Jira Cloud Slack Bot: Editing fields it displays?

I was wondering if you can change the fields that show in Slack messages sent from the Slack bot.  It shows standard fields like status/assignee/description, but we have a few custom fields I am trying to display.. 

Any guidance appreciated!

You can try to add the custom fields you need as part of a creation screen for the issue types.
