I would like to have custom reports on a set time period with multiple levels of information such as: Calls, Parts, and Crashes. I want to do this per person and then per company. Then comparing person to person. How can I get the reports to include closed tickets?
I suggest taking a look at the Analytics & Reports by Screenful add-on. The "Completed work" tab in the "Insights" sections shows how many issues we completed by assignee, label, component, or by any other issue property. You can filter it down to any issue type.
All closed tickets are included in the analytics.
