Hi,
We have a strange issue where the user is not receiving the mail if the issue is created by other users
We have configured a notification scheme for the project where the group has been provided for the create event, there are three users part of the local crowd group, out of three two guys are getting the mail on issue create.
When the user itself creating the issue, he is getting the mail but when the ticket is created by others, he is not receiving emails even after he is part of the group which is configured in notifications scheme
In simple words, he is getting the notification as the requestor; but not as the receiver of the request
User profile set as "notify me" for the change by value
