Does anyone know when the Sandbox feature offered with Premium will be made available?

As mentioned by Liam, sandboxes are now available to Premium and Enterprise customers. 

The sandbox is available under Products in the top navigation from the organization administration screen.

I'm not on Premium, so can't test this - but it looks as though it is already here.

This article shows you how to manage and set up your sandbox.
