Jira Service Desk - Sync with AD

Is there a mechanism to "input" and/or "sync" users from an Active Directory to Jira Service desk?

You can connect your Jira Service Desk to an AD if you're on Server version, please check this page.

If you're using Jira Cloud, please check Identity Manager.
