Hi,
I just have installed Jira Service Desk into existing Jira Software instance. Jira ServiceDesk application has been added succesfully but when I try to go customer portal I receive error:
Encountered a "403 - Forbidden" error while loading this page.
JIRA Service Desk is not licensed
Currently we have valid Jira Software license (for 50users), but I wanted to add Jira Service Desk as trial (evaluation) for tests and in the future (after 30days) buy license for our organization. Is that possible or it is technical problem?
JIRA Service Desk 3.13.2
License type: Evaluation
JIRA Software 7.10.2
License type: Commercial
Hello @Marek Ochab,
As Alexey have mentioned, the evaluation license can be used for testing purpose. So there should not be any issue with it being used with the JIRA Software Commercial license. I can also see that the JIRA Service Desk used is compatible with the JIRA Software.
Since the license is not an issue, it should be a technical issue (as you have suggested). Here are some actions that you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Problem solved. After re-added license and restart service everything seems ok. Thanks for help.

So, You mean that is technical problem? That is not depend of trial license? Also I cannot create new service desk project. I receive error:
"Hmm... we couldn't create your project due to an unknown error. Try refreshing the page to start again."
