Jira Service Management with only 1 user

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We user Jira with 4 users normally, but would only like 1 user for Jira Service Management. How to do that?

Hi 

You can managed Application Access from Atlassian Admin selecting your organization. Product > JSM > Manage Product.

Not a problem @Raf Andersson

You can have your one user setup in JSM as an Agent, 

If your other users might want to see what's in JSM but not be responding to customers, they can be Collaborators.
