Jira - Slack integration

Hi, 

I have problem with notifications I receive in my Slack channels. Text of new tasks or comments is cut. Please see attached image. 

Is it possible to fix this problem? Does Jira have such settings so I could receive full  text of comment or description?

I am using Jira Cloud and  Jira Server Alerts.

Hi @Alexandra_Kosilova ,

I have just discussed this with a developer of the Jira Slack app and I have been told that:

expanding the text is not something we can currently support right now, as it's not something Slack message formatting provides us with. When we can, we plan to support it!

Also, just FYI, we actually have a feature request open on our side that is not matching 100% what you are asking for but it should make possible to achieve something very similar:

• API-95: JIRA for Slack integration: Ability to customize which fields will be displayed on Slack notifications

You may want to vote and watch the above feature  request so that you will get updates by email in case there will be any progress.
