I have created a webhook rule to create a new Jira ticket anytime a user feedback comes in via GetFeedback/Usabilla. Looks like the feedback is coming in successfully, but Jira isn't giving me enough information on where exactly the rule is failing.

When a feedback comes in via "incoming webhook" a jira ticket needs to be created and assigned to me. The automation rule is set up as "Issues provided in the webhook HTTP POST body". Please advise any help.

Seems you are just wanting to create a Task issue type when the webhook is triggered and the POST you are sending doesn't have any issue data provided which is fine but in that case please try using the option
