Hi, we used the AWS Connector for JSM and followed the steps on the AWS documentation. We raised a ticket from JIRA to AWS in minutes and can see this on the AWS Support portal. But if I raise a ticket from the AWS Support Portal, it would be an hour or 2 before I can see it on JSM. Same with the comments, etc.... Has anyone faced the same issue

I've used other connectors and the issue creation is fairly quick since it's usually API driven. It doesn't sound like an issue with JSM or AWS. It seems very isolated to the connector.
If you read the reviews, looks like other are facing the issue. Once even mentioned that it seems like a schedule burst. That maybe the reason why you see it much later.
You may want to raised a ticket for the vendor to investigate or somehow shorten the schedule intervals.

Even if this is not the exact app you are using. Would take reach out the same to the vendor of the connector that you are using.
AWS Team came back and they are pointing this latency issue on rate limiting or JIRA API. were still waiting from AWS to share the logs.
