Hi
We have a 50 user license for Time. On, Jira and Jira Agile. I am going to upgrade to 100 users for Jira and Jira Agile, but would like to wait before upgrading Time. On, because not all the projects are using the plugin yet.
Will I be able to upgrade to 100 users after 28/02/2014 (even if our Jira license is already on 100 users)?
Regards,
Eduard
We have changed the license mechanism with the latest release. With that release it will still be possible to upgrade.

You are correct to ask the plugin developer, but it is generally true if you have a licensed plugin, it must match the core product license.

Hi Eduard,
JIRA and JIRA Agile need to both have the same license tiers, so if you change one without changing the other then you will lose functionality in the applications and therefore you should upgrade both licenses at the same time to avoid this problem from occurring.
All the best,
John

Hi John,
Thank you for your answer and my apologies for my delay. I will definitely be upgrading both Jira and Jira Agile, but the Time.On plugin upgrade (and later upgrades) is what I am concerned about. This might not be the right place to ask, so I'll try to contact them directly.
Regards,
Eduard
