I have been looking all over and can't find anything yet. Is there any kind of log or report to look at to verify if a customer has unsubscribed from ticket notifications? We are trying to see if that was the reason a specific user on a specific ticket was not receiving email updates.
I have since created a new ticket for the same user and testing seems to be working as far as email notifications.
Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, Jira service management does not have an audit log or report to display the customers who have unsubscribed from specific tickets. We have the following feature request to consider this functionality in the future:
As an Agent/Admin I'd like to see if a customer has disabled notifications
Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
