MIssing my project details

HI All,

 

I am unable to access the project details and asking for the payment.

 

It is free for 10 users and 2 GB.

Welcome to community :) 

From your description seems like you are unable to access your instance and and its asking for payments when you are in free plan?

If so request you to raise a ticket to the Atlassian billing team here : https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/

Hi @Rajesh Rangisetti welcome to the community.  From what I see listed here on right side of this page, Atlassian has you with a Standard license.  If you look in your site under Atlassian Administration, it will list out the plan you have.  If you want to use the 'Free' Plan, you'd need to change your plan.  

Here are the different plans I'm referring to: Jira Cloud pricing 

Your specific billing questions are best suited for Atlassian Support. You can select the 'Billing, payments, and pricing' option they should be able to help you out with that. 

This site being a community forum isn't setup to address those issues here.

Hi @Rajesh Rangisetti and welcome to the Community!

Could you be more specific about your actual question? You seem to be hinting that you're being asked to provide payment details while you are on a free plan.

This could happen if you have started a trial of a paid plan and the trial period is expiring. If you don't add payment details, your plan should revert to a free plan automatically. Another possible cause might be that you have exceeded a limit of the free plan, such as the number of users or storage.
