We have configured Service Desk with an incoming Email. This has worked flawlessly for 8300 Tickets so far.
Since the upgrade to JSD 4.01 everytime when a customer replies to a ticket the mail handler goes into a everlasting loop of adding the comment to the ticket.
The comment is added every minute and the mail handler protocol shows:
FEHLER | Mailhandler hat ein NULL-Ergebnis zurückgegeben. | sender | summary | Service Desk-Mailhandler |
