Make myself org admin

My previous manager who has left our organization was the org admin for my team - she has left and now has a dead email and I need to take over her role as jira admin - how can I do this?

Welcome to the community :)

I understand you have an org that presently doesn't have any org admin. 

In such cases you will have to reach out to https://support.atlassian.com/ and the team will validate all the settings  details and make you or any other user the org admin

Incase there is already an existing org admin please follow steps mentioned here : https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-admin-permissions/
