Making a form mandatory when clicking "create"

I want my stakeholders to have to fill out the associated form when creating a ticket in my project. Is there a way to do that.

Hi there, you can make fields required/mandatory when issues are created. You do this by adding the necessary fields to screens for issues and then again by updating the workflow in project settings to make certain fields mandatory. See this step-by-step Atlassian documentation
