I want to connect Jira service desk and Jira software, so Jira server desk tickets (issues) can be send automatically to Jira Software ( So Jira software user can see the ticket without having to enter to jira service desk).
I tried linking issues but I cant do it automatically

you can create a kanban board with a filter that lists all you JSD tickets. But this will work for service desk agents only. Regular users will not see the tickets. What you can do is to add the reporter to your permission scheme so that regular users can view these tickets. But it has side effects. I tried this once and it did not work well. Can’t remember what happened exactly but it did not work as I expected. Maybe my idea helps you and you can build a solution that works for your use case.
Hi Florian, but how I can filter my JSD tickets on my kanban Jira software proyect? I have one on localhost:8090 and the other on localhost:8092, I did the integration, but I cannot see the jsd tickets in js, only way is using linking.
