Multi-line text field shows twice

Multi-line text field shows twice

All my multi line text custom fields are showing twice. They show this way in the edit screen and transition screens. The view only shows what is entered in the first box.

Field config is basic and it just started happening. Any ideas on how this could have happened or where I should start looking?

Please, could you try to perform a JIRA re-index?

Index just finished, still have the two fields. Scheduled a shutdown for tonight off hours. will let you know if it works!

When I moved my comment here from Answer it deleted your comment - adding it here for future knowledge - Comment from Paulo- - If don't help, try to restart JIRA if possible, this actions clean some cache that might me related to that
