Dear Jira Support

I am trying to do the following in my ondemand instance of jira

i want to use jira as a ticketing system for my clients, and to use it to govern my development process so the clients can log bugs and requests and the leaders assign those bugs and requested to developers and when finished assign them to quality and so on so my requirements are the following

- user log the bug... at this stage non of my team should be able to see it, until the user admin confirm it using the workflow i created for him and its status will become open

- when the status become open my leaders shall be able to see it and assign it to developers or analysts to get it fixed... and i don't want the clients to see the bug is assigned to whom or what is its internal status ( i just want the clients to see those statuses open, in progress, delivered, closed) now the in between status such as assigned, testing, resolved i want it to be internal no clients shall be able to see it ( i found a plugin that can open a new issue on another project based on workflow transition but i don't know how to install it)

- when the bug is done... from my internal process, the client shall get notified that the bug is resolved please confirm and close it

and one special requirement for a single client of mine

I have a client with 200+ sites, his requirements is that the site will log the bug, he (from his HQ) will review it and open it for me... and continuous with the normal process and he requires that the sites can't see each other bugs, and it is not logical to maintain 200+ projects for one client in addition to he need one single view of all the bugs coming from the site

how can i use my ondemand instance to do that

1. Use workflow properties to restrict who can see the issues till it reaches the status that you are looking for http://www.j-tricks.com/1/post/2011/02/permissions-based-on-workflow-status.html 2. It is not achievable in OnDemand. If it was a self hosted solution, there are some possibilities (You are not allowed to add any plugins in OnDemand) 3. While I didn't understand completely the requirement, I am guessing that you need to restrict the visibility of issues within one project. In that case you need to use Issue Security Schemes - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Issue-level+Security
