Hello,
We're exposing some services through JSD.
we have multiple request types. some of them a a bit complex to fill, due to the complex nature of the environment.
I would like to know if there is any jira forms plugins that can allow the following scenario:
This would be possible using an API call to copy selected form field data from one form to another.
The API would look at the original submitted form attach a new form and copy data between them.
This can be done within the same ticket or after creating a new case 9on the Branch rule of Most Recently created)
Hope this helps.
@Ali Hmaity Curious as to whether or not you found a solution for multiple requests in one form? I too would like to do the same.

Maybe you can ask the reporter to fill preset Excel file and then import issues/request as csv. Filling several excel rows seems to be easier than doing as much forms separately. I am facing the same thing and this is how I plan to manage it until there is no way to create multiple issues with filling only one Form.

Hi @Ali Hmaity ,
Welcome to the Community! I'm not sure how to do exactly what you ask, but this other post may provide some help: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Work-Management-Questions/Can-I-create-multiple-issues-out-of-a-form-with-checklist/qaq-p/2171641
As I was trying to find a more flexible way to create tickets myself, I replaced my JSD with Halp, Atlassian Assistant, in case you'd like to check it out: https://www.atlassian.com/software/halp
