ServiceDesk mailhandler (in Project's tab ) download only messages without attachments. If it tries download attachments ~=>4 Мб then it works for a long time (about 1 hour), but finally load the message. CPU is not busy and Mem is available.

We use virtual infrastructure. The channel between mail server and jira is good. Indeed the ServiceDesk mailer doesnt work properly. It opens connection to postgres and before saving all attachemnts doesnt commit transaction due to this - idle in transaction in postgres. Thats very bad for db. Therefore issue doesnt appear before full downloading. I changed mailhandler to inbox mailhandler and the question was solved. Though its rather hard to call good decision.
